On a Windows PC, backgrounds are downloaded by the Teams client and stored within: %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads Be warned though – this is a bit of a fiddly technique, and is entirely unsupported by Microsoft (and Practical 365).
